AJA provides various sizes of sputtering targets (round & triangular). They can be common, customized, precious-metal and with backing plate or not, etc.. The common, customized and precious-metal materials are applied to processes of thermal evaporation and e-beam evaporation. As well, there are granular and thread-like materials for evaporation process.
