Siglent’s SSA3000X family of spectrum analyzers offer a frequency range of 9 KHz to 2.1/3.2 GHz. With their light weight, small size, and friendly user interface, the SSA3000s present a large, bright easy to read display. The analyzer applies mature digital IF technology, and achieves 1 Hz Minimum Resolution Bandwidth (RBW); configures with Standard Preamplifier. Its DANL can achieve -161 dBm/Hz (typical value), and has the ability to measure subtle signals. The Phase noise ˂ -98 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset, and the total amplitude accuracy ˂0.7dB. Measurements are more precise and reliable.
